1. General Provisions

2.4 Account Security

2.5 Account Closure

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

3.3 Verification Process

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To be eligible to withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, any betting strategy, or any other improper means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time tk365 may offer various promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own applicable terms, which will be clearly stated alongside the relevant offer.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Acceptable Conduct

All users must play honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

7.2 Reward Eligibility

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. Cashback benefits are credited within a set timeframe each week and may have their own eligibility conditions.
